ANDINO TOURS PERU is not responsible for additional expenses incurred when preparing the trip (for example, advance purchase of non-refundable air tickets, clothing, equipment, visa fees, medical expenses, etc.). If you cancel or abandon a multi-day trip for any reason:
All 50% deposits required for confirmation of any tour are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment is required prior to departure. In case of delay in arrival in Cusco (due to delays in flights, buses, etc.), ANDINO TOURS PERU does not assume any responsibility for missed tours. ANDINO TOURS PERU staff will do everything possible to accommodate and make the necessary modifications. However, the additional costs of such modifications will not be included in the original price.
Cancellations due to illness, missed flights and any other reason made within 48 hours prior to departure are considered NO-SHOWS and will be subject to full payment.
In case of illness on the way, emergency expenses are not included for transportation.
We require a medical certificate for prospective guests over the age of 70 and for various circumstances, such as a history of cardiovascular disease, chronic illness, and other conditions and factors. Inform the guides if you are taking prescription drugs or if you have a chronic medical condition to prevent any accidents.
For your protection, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance offers coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, travel delay expenses, medical expenses, emergency assistance, baggage delay coverage, etc.
